The North Pole Adventureland Experience is an indoor walk-through, immersive holiday attraction for families of all sizes and ages! Guests will venture down Candy Cane Lane to find The North Pole Post Office, where kids can write their letter to Santa and mail it in our Magic Mailbox (with the help of a mischievous elf, of course!) Kiddos will also get to scan their hand and see if they have been naughty or nice and will get a bracelet showing where they were placed on Santa's List. Guests also will visit Santa's reindeer barn and make a delicious treat to sprinkle out for Santa's trusty flying crew on Christmas Eve, visit Santa's Workshop, where they can make their very own toy to take home, sit on and take family pictures on Santa's enormous Sleigh, and, of course, visit Santa himself at Santa's Cottage! Families are welcomed (and encouraged!) to take photos through the entire experience!

North Pole Adventureland is meant to be enjoyed by all ages and will run $30-$37 in November and $35-47 in December, depending on dates. Christmas Eve will also have a special, Limited Edition Reindeer stuffed animal included as a present from Santa! Children are free under up to 3 years old, kids are 3-17 yrs old, and adults are 18 yrs old and up. Follow us on our social media channels for special events and promotions. The magic will begin at the North Pole Adventureland on November 22nd and run up through Christmas Eve. Most weeks we are open Thursday-Sunday and then the entire week leading up to Christmas. Private events may be booked in off times-just inquire with our team at info@holidayadventurecompany.com and we will get you all set up!

We understand that each family may be a bit different, and children have different interests and energy levels. The entire experience is around an hour depending on the family. Our elves will work to make your experience as magical and close to an hour as possible.

Your ticket includes entry to the event, cookies, hot chocolate, letter to Santa, a Naughty or Nice bracelet, a vial of special Reindeer food and souvenir from Santa's Workshop! And of course anything you'd like to buy at Baubles Christmas Boutique. You will also be able to take as many photos or videos as you would like!

North Pole Adventureland is an all ages event! We want everyone to enjoy the magic of this special Christmas experience so no one has to miss out on the wonder and joy-we also welcome strollers and wheelchairs so it is a comfortable time for all.

We do not. Each adventure has a limit of 16 tickets to make sure that we are offering an exclusive, premium event with little to no lines to experience the magic. Yes! Baubel's Christmas Boutique is located directly at the exit of The North Pole Experience and is a one-stop destination for all things festive! Baubel's has a plethora of merchandise centered around new and old holiday traditions.
